Our prices are inclusive taxes, heating, water and electrical power. There are no any additional or hidden costs, so the prices on this page are exactly the prices we ask you to pay on the last day of your stay. Simple and clear!

For people who would like to stay long, we'll make a personal offer. Our accommodations are perfect for short holiday, but also very suitable for a longer stay, especially for business or study purposes. Just feel free to contact us.

In case of renting both apartments for the same period, please ask for a special price offer!

In Serbia the official currency is Serbian Dinar. Click here for the actual exchange rate. Guests may pay us in EUR, although most local services has to be paid in Dinars. In Petlovo Brdo is an exchange office within a walking distance and there is a cash machine, reachable by bus.

Both apartments contain:

• Parquet floors in the rooms and paving tiles in kitchen and bathroom

• Big 80 liter boiler

• Complete set of bed covers, bath/kitchen towels etc.

• Wireless Broadband Internet

Apartment 1 contains moreover:

• Second bedroom with two single beds

• Sleep and living accommodation for 4 persons

• Washing machine

                    Price for 1 week and 1 or 2 persons:  € 195,-

                    Price for 1 week and 3 persons:  € 219,-

                      Price for 1 week and 4 persons:  € 229,-

Rebate for returnees:

Apartment 2 contains moreover:

• Air-conditioning in the bedroom

• Washing machine/dryer combination

• Electrical oven

• Stereo set

• Balcony connected with the living room

• DVD-player connected to TV

• Study room

• Sleep and living accommodation for 3 persons

                 Price for 1 week and 3 persons:  € 249,-

If you don't want to use the kitchen in our accommodations, don't worry; within walking distance (1-2 minutes!) there is a restaurant where you can have lunch and/or dinner. The quality of their services is admirable while the prices are fair.

Prices public transport (one way tickets):

Public transport from/to the city centre: by taxi about €10,00 / Local bus about € 0,50 / City bus about € 0,90.

Public transport from/to the airport: by taxi about €17,50 / Local bus about € 1,00 / City bus about € 1,80.

House rules:

In order to make your stay in our home pleasant for both you and Mitrovic-Hartog family, we set a list of house regulations.

You are kindly requested to follow the rules.

• It is not allowed to have guests over the night in the house

• We would ask you to respect our property and to leave the house in decent condition.

• Out of respect for our neighbors we do not make noise in the evening hours. We would ask from you the same.

• Following is not allowed to bring in the house: home pets, drugs, weapons and transmitting equipment other than mobile phones.

• All guests are obliged to behave according to the laws of Serbia.

• We would ask you to take into consideration Serbian culture, morals and values.

• Without special permission it is not allowed to use the internal fixed phone lines because of phone costs are not included.
